Job Level
About the role
- You will drive UX Product Design alongside Product Managers, UX Research, CRO, and developers for our Online Store product teams, raising the bar for outcomes, craft, and ways of working across markets.
- You will actively shape the online store product roadmap, using customer insight, experimentation, and business context to influence priorities and define where design can have the biggest impact.
- You will identify opportunities and define experiments that influence quarterly priorities by working hands-on with UX Research, CRO, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to turn hypotheses into usability tests, A/B tests, and measurable improvements.
- You will connect strategy to execution by framing customer and business problems, shaping discovery outcomes, and translating them into clear design directions, flows, and experiments across the ecommerce funnel (discovery, PDPs, cart, checkout, and post-purchase).
- You will own the quality of key journeys in our ecommerce funnel, focusing on business outcomes (conversion, revenue, profitability) and customer outcomes (satisfaction, trust, effort), and using data to iterate and improve.
- You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, CRO, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing – setting healthy boundaries, challenging requirements, and pushing for meaningful discovery and design work.
- You will actively coach other designers and teammates through critiques, pairing, and structured feedback sessions, helping them sharpen their product thinking, experimentation skills, and design craft.
- You will establish and run design rituals (e.g. critique, hypothesis and backlog workshops, usability reviews, experiment kick-offs and post-mortems) that improve clarity, speed, and alignment within and across product teams.
- You will help set and evolve standards for how product and design work together. From discovery and decision-making to documentation and communication, scaling great design practice beyond your own work.
- You will contribute to the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and high visual quality across the online store, using it as a lever to move faster while maintaining a high bar.
Requirements
- You have deep experience leading and steering product teams focused on customer-facing ecommerce products, ideally in a D2C or high-traffic online retail environment, and you can demonstrate this in your portfolio and past work.
- You have a strong track record of designing, building, and shipping end-to-end ecommerce experiences, from discovery through checkout and post-purchase, using Figma and modern AI-enabled workflows to explore, prototype, and iterate.
- You are fluent in both quantitative and qualitative methods: you use funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and experiment results alongside user research, usability testing, and customer feedback to inform design decisions and prioritisation.
- You have led CRO and experimentation work, not just participated in it: defining hypotheses, designing test variants, shaping experiment strategy with Product and CRO, and turning insights into roadmap changes and new bets.
- You have strong interaction design skills, defining behaviours, flows, and states based on a deep understanding of user needs, business goals, and scalability across markets and devices.
- You have excellent visual design skills, with a high bar for quality in typography, layout, and responsive UI. Starting from mobile and extending to desktop, while keeping performance and feasibility in mind.
- You are comfortable working in ambiguous and changing environments and help bring structure and clarity to the work. You can move things forward even when not everything is defined, and you look for ways to gradually improve how the team works.
- You are a thoughtful problem-solver and critical thinker who can question assumptions constructively, make balanced trade-offs, and support a reliable standard of delivery for yourself and the team.
- You build strong cross-functional relationships with Product, CRO, Engineering, and other partners: aligning on expectations, giving feedback on unclear requirements, supporting discovery and experimentation, and contributing to healthy, trusting collaboration.
- You are confident presenting and facilitating: you can clearly articulate user problems, design rationale, and expected business impact to stakeholders, and you can lead workshops, reviews, and decision-making sessions.
Benefits
- A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.
- The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team.
- Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one — you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.
- To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.
- A career development path tailored to your goals, with access to mentorship, training, and resources that will accelerate your professional growth.
- A culture of collaboration and innovation, where you’ll have the freedom to implement new ideas, shape processes, and help build the DNA of a maturing company.
