Requirements

  • **8+ years of experience** in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading high-performing, **cross-market teams**.
  • Strong **B2B relationship management** experience within **e-commerce** or **marketplace** environments.
  • A mix of **analytical thinking** and creative problem-solving to drive innovation and scale.
  • Understanding of **affiliate business models**, performance metrics, and partner platforms is a strong plus (e.g. **Awin, Daisycon, Amazon**).
  • Experience with **review platforms, content partnerships, SEO, or influencer ecosystems** is a plus.
  • Excellent **communication and negotiation** skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
