About the role
- You will join one of our Country or Global Teams to bring to life our marketing strategy - design, write and optimize copy, and deliver high quality project in a timely manner.
- You will identify and structure, together with your team, creative challenges and briefs that bring the best out of the Emma brand.
- You will develop project plans with an agile approach.
- You will communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams.
- You will be able to work with different marketing channels to analyze the performance of your creative projects.
Requirements
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
- You have collaborative skills and a creative mind.
- You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
- You are structured and organized.
- You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels.
