About the role

  • You will support the design of Emma’s global online store experience, helping us become the world’s leading sleep brand through intuitive, joyful, and high-performing user journeys.
  • You will contribute to UX research initiatives — from user interviews and usability tests to heuristic evaluations and competitor analyses — to uncover insights that guide product decisions.
  • You will participate in designing user flows, wireframes, and interface concepts that help customers confidently choose the right sleep products.
  • You will support the setup, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and improve key business KPIs.
  • You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, analysts, and other designers as part of an agile, empowered product team.
  • You will help maintain and evolve our design system by creating new components, improving documentation, and ensuring visual consistency.
  • You will gain hands-on experience working with a modern e-commerce design workflow across research, UX, UI, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • You are available to **start 1st of March 2026**
  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in UX/UI Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Digital Product Design, Psychology, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • You have a solid foundation in UX design principles, user-centered design methods, and digital product design processes.
  • You have basic hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma (or similar) and feel comfortable creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts.
  • You are genuinely curious about user behavior, research methodologies, and data-informed design decisions.
  • You ideally have some initial exposure to A/B testing, analytics tools, or CRO practices, or you show a strong willingness to learn them.
  • You are open-minded, creative, and motivated to collaborate within a cross-functional product team.
  • You are able to receive feedback openly, iterate on designs, and adapt quickly to new insights.
  • You have strong attention to detail and a clear motivation to continuously improve your design skills through hands-on experience.
