• You will align market needs and retailer commitments with Emma’s overall supply chain strategy and translate them into clear, actionable supply planning requirements.
• You will ensure product availability for wholesale partners by calculating quantities needed from each supplier, planning for uncertainties, and maintaining optimal inventory levels across European regions.
• You will design and continuously improve Emma’s supply planning process for offline channels by defining required inputs, integrating multiple data sources, and developing best-in-class planning logics tailored to B2B needs.
• You will plan and steer mid to long-term supply requirements for retail partners, ensuring timely replenishment and supporting commercial teams with reliable availability forecasts.
• You will collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, production, demand planning, and country teams to address bottlenecks, solve supply challenges, and ensure seamless coordination with external retailers.
• You will play a key role in shaping and developing Emma’s S&OP framework for offline markets, contributing to alignment between sales forecasts, production capabilities, and inventory strategy.
• You will proactively communicate planning insights, constraints, and decisions to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and smooth execution for all retail operations.
