About the role
- Conduct in-depth **UX Research** with both consumers and internal stakeholders to support product design and development processes.
- Utilize **quantitative and qualitative user research** methods to gather insights that drive decisions for new and existing products.
- Collaborate closely with product design teams to ensure user-centered design principles are integrated into product development.
- Produce comprehensive **reports** that communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders across the business.
- Facilitate **effective communication** between design, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in UX Research, with a proven track record in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
- You possess high technical skills combined with collaborative soft skills and a strong ability to manage stakeholders.
- You have structured thinking, with the ability to prioritize tasks, create clear processes, and connect the dots between research findings and business outcomes.
- You are passionate about product design, ensuring the user's voice is heard and valued in every stage of development.
