Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Case Managers
  • Oversee team portfolios, workflow and resources through to claims resolution
  • Monitor service standards and KPI performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience leading a claims team within the superannuation, life insurance or personal injury industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of superannuation and/or life insurance claims
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practice
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to satisfy a National Police Check
