About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support claims teams by coordinating and progressing claim activities.
- Arrange appointments, travel and accommodation for injured workers as needed.
- Liaise with providers to obtain clinical notes, reports and other required information.
- Organise medical investigations, police reports and interpreter services.
- Maintain accurate claim records and prepare supporting documentation and correspondence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and navigate multiple platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and time management, with a focus on meeting deadlines and staying organised
- Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative, diverse team environment
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to queries and follow-ups
- Solid data entry experience, with a focus on accuracy and maintaining confidential information would be highly regarded.
