The Project Manager takes full responsibility for managing our web and IT projects
Leading projects in Shopify, WordPress and Webflow
Planning, controlling and monitoring all project phases
Preparing and conducting kick-off meetings and workshops
Eliciting requirements and creating clear briefs
Coordinating internal teams and external service providers
Quality assurance including testing, performance checks and final handover
Maintaining structured documentation and providing regular status reports
Post-Go-Live support (optimizations and ongoing development)

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in digital project management
Strong knowledge of Shopify, WordPress and Webflow (or proficiency in at least one of these systems)
Confident handling of modern web processes (design, UX/UI, development)
Native-level German and very good English skills
Basic technical understanding of hosting, domains, integrations and SEO fundamentals
Experience with tools such as Figma, Trello/Jira, Slack or Notion
Ability to provide clear direction to designers and developers
Ability to communicate with clients in person and at a senior level
