The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of our web and IT projects.
Lead projects in Shopify, WordPress and Webflow
Plan, control and monitor all project phases
Prepare and run kick-off meetings and workshops
Derive requirements and prepare clear briefings
Coordinate internal teams and external service providers
Quality assurance including testing, performance and final handover
Maintain structured documentation and provide regular status reports
Support after go-live (optimizations, further development)

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in digital project management
Strong knowledge of Shopify, WordPress and Webflow (or proficiency in at least one of these platforms)
Confident understanding of modern web workflows (design, UX/UI, development)
Native-level German and very good English skills
Russian or Ukrainian are helpful but not required
Basic technical understanding of hosting, domains, integrations and SEO fundamentals
Experience with tools such as Figma, Trello/Jira, Slack or Notion
Ability to provide clear direction to designers and developers
Ability to communicate with clients directly and at a high professional level
