About the role

  • Design and implementation of complex administrative interfaces for configuring and operating insurance products
  • Building schema-driven, highly interactive UIs
  • Ensuring the scalability, maintainability, and performance of our frontend architecture
  • Close collaboration with backend teams
  • Contributing to the design of AI-enabled workflows
  • Defining and maintaining frontend engineering standards
  • Working with product and UX teams to represent and communicate complex insurance concepts

Requirements

  • Extensive experience building large-scale production frontend applications
  • Deep expertise with React and modern TypeScript-based frontend development
  • Strong experience designing maintainable frontend architectures
  • Experience integrating with API-driven microservice architectures
  • Experience building highly interactive UIs, such as complex forms and data-heavy systems
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset
  • Ability to take ownership of substantial parts of the frontend platform
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Proficient English communication skills and an interest in mentoring other engineers
