About the role
- Responsibility for the team's backlog
- Analyze, structure and prioritize requirements in collaboration with Customer Delivery Managers
- Translate business/functional requirements into clear technical user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure on-time delivery, high quality and transparency throughout the delivery process
- Continuously maintain and evolve implementation standards
- Continuously develop the team and processes, with a focus on skillset, efficiency and scalability
- Establish clear KPIs and provide transparency on progress and capacity/utilization
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a comparable role with project responsibility, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- You are an experienced leader, particularly in motivating and purposefully developing team members
- You are a proficient user of agile methods such as Scrum and familiar with related processes and tools
- Very good German and English skills (C1)
- Strong understanding of software development, APIs, integrations and platform architectures
- Experience collaborating with external vendors or near-/offshore teams
- Experience in the insurance or InsurTech sector is a plus but not required
