About the role
- As an experienced Customer Delivery Manager (m/f/d), you ensure our insurance clients can use the EMIL Insurance Suite to meet their specific needs.
- You are part of our Customer Delivery department and contribute to the digital transformation of the insurance industry by implementing our SaaS solution at client sites.
- You provide prospective clients with proofs of concept and act as the primary point of contact both before product purchase and during implementation.
- You deploy our SaaS solution quickly and successfully for our clients, explain how to use and operate the product to enable a smooth software go-live.
- After go-live, you support troubleshooting and answer questions, laying the foundation for the client’s long-term success.
- You are responsible for project management and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external; you meet regularly with the team and keep everyone informed.
- Where required, you document requirements, customizations and project progress.
Requirements
- You have at least 8–9 years of experience working on technical projects or integrations, preferably at a SaaS provider in the insurance domain.
- Technical affinity; ideally you have a technical background.
- You can build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are comfortable with project management and work in a solution- and detail-oriented way.
- Fluent, business-level communication skills in English and German (spoken and written) are a must; French is an advantage.
- Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms and the insurance industry is a plus.
- Consultancy experience is a huge plus :-)
- You are curious and interested in understanding the insurance landscape and its processes.
- You are familiar with working in a dynamic environment and agile project management methods are not new to you.
