About the role

- Independently run complex discovery processes – including user research with claims experts and business stakeholders.

Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in the insurance industry, preferably with a clear focus on claims / claims handling processes.

- Proven experience in long-term product planning, making difficult prioritization decisions and deliberately accepting trade-offs, ideally for products with at least €1M ARR.

- Excellent German and English skills (at least C1) both written and spoken.

- Company subsidy for Urban Sports Club membership to support your work-life balance
- A highly subsidized occupational pension plan to help us secure your future together

- Three times a year we invite you to a Homecoming Week, either in Berlin or at off-sites in nature / in warmer locations
- As part of a dynamic and motivated team of domain experts you’ll benefit directly from colleagues’ knowledge; teamwork and mutual support are an essential part of our culture
