About the role
- Ensure that insurance clients can use the EMIL Insurance Suite
- Deliver proofs of concept and act as the customer's point of contact before and during implementation
- Deploy the SaaS solution quickly and successfully at customer sites
- Provide troubleshooting and support to ensure customers’ long-term success
- Take responsibility for project management and communication with stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 8–9 years of experience working on technical projects or integrations, ideally with a SaaS provider in the insurance sector
- Technical affinity, preferably with a technical background
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms and knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
- Consulting experience is a big plus
- Fluent, business-level spoken and written English and German is required; French is an advantage
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
