About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate distributor programs covering inventory, point of sale, rebates, MAP administration, Seismic portal, price management, Co-Op funding, training proficiency certification, stock programs, and short-term sales performance incentives
Provide distributors with resources and tools supporting growth and company objectives
Maintain and communicate program tools, onboarding checklists, business plan templates, documentation, policies, handbooks, and procedures in the distributor self-serve portal
Serve as distributor point of contact for marketing support requests, including digital content/e-commerce support, literature, product demos, and logos
Maintain and improve the Mutual Action Planning process, including measurement tools, KPIs, templates, and regional session tracking
Support planning and facilitation of distributor meetings and communications, including Distributor Updates, Advisory Councils, and Sales Meetings
Develop and distribute PowerPoint templates for channel communications across business units
Support pricing communications and distribution discount schedule changes with sales, marketing, and pricing teams
Maintain a central repository of channel program discount schedules and price lists
Share distributor-network insights with internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to streamline program operations and improve distributor engagement
Recommend and implement best practices to improve program outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in program coordination, distributor administration, or a related role
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fostering distributor relationships
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and CRM systems
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to travel as needed
Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided
Experience in the industrial automation sector is a strong plus
Familiarity with industrial automation products and services is preferred
