About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support implementation of Business Performance Framework activities
- Maintain regional KPIs, scorecards, and KPI data
- Analyze customer behavior, portal usage data, and user engagement
- Collect and review business, performance, and portal data to identify trends and variances
- Monitor portal transactions, volume, completion, turnaround times, backlog metrics, and process/system indicators
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports, including Power BI
- Perform routine data validation, checks, and reporting
- Prepare performance summaries and updates
- Track improvement initiatives and document performance impact
- Perform portal testing and checks using defined scripts
- Document defects and issues and escalate findings
- Maintain accurate ERP/CRM data
- Share performance updates with team members and stakeholders
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback by logging and routing requests
- Organize digital experience feedback, survey responses, and usage data
- Support enterprise portal and PunchOut catalog deployment through data preparation, documentation, and coordination
- Support AI integration deployment efforts through documentation, coordination, and issue tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and no previous professional experience
- 1+ year of experience working with Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow automation tools
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced Power BI skills
- Advanced English is required
- Portuguese proficiency preferred
