About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide advice and direction to managers on employee relations issues
- Mediate and resolve sophisticated workplace issues
- Support teams through the performance management process
- Offer expert advice on addressing performance challenges
- Lead investigations of ethics complaints

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant Human Resources-related experience commensurate with the level of this position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
