About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the planning and management of end-to-end sourcing events and follow execution to ensure timely completion.
Develop the sourcing approach, identify suppliers, and finalize the sourcing strategy.
Perform digital sourcing requirements and events in Oracle and other procurement systems.
Execute the necessary RFx to include requests for information, proposals, quotes, and bids to support the category management team.
Conduct necessary sourcing requirements and report potential timelines and resource adjustments to the Sourcing Supervisor.
Conduct award scenario analysis to supplement the category management and analytics teams’ decision-making.
Assist in building the RFx tools and templates for sourcing execution.
Initiate sourcing/negotiation improvements based on previous projects' insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations, or a similar field.
7+ years of experience in procurement operations, global sourcing, supplier management, commodity risk management, budgeting, financial reporting, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI.
Working knowledge of e-procurement tools such as Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Sourcing Applications, etc.
