About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reconcile new orders to ensure they align with quoted terms
Plan and execute internal project kick-off meetings for all orders
Prepare the Org chart for new projects and lead the team during kick-off customer meetings
Ensure correct specifications and document approvals for the Operations team
Track specification changes, communicate updates to internal stakeholders
Provide periodic project summaries and status reports to relevant stakeholders
Monitor and review project progress based on priority and delivery schedules
Ensure "Zero LDs" in all projects
Drive GP improvement initiatives through cost reduction and efficient engineering efforts
Maintain healthy cash flow by ensuring timely invoices
Communicate professionally with customers and build strong relationships
Address all legal aspects of projects, including compliance and shipment formalities
Develop LBPs for future projects
Ensure proper project closure with comprehensive handover reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.Tech / B.E. in ECE, EEE, I&C, E&I, or Mechanical
PMP certification or an MBA is an added advantage
Project Management, Coordination, Execution experience as Project Lead for minimum 5 projects
Strong technical expertise in Ovation hardware and buyouts
Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English
Strong organizational and planning abilities
