About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to incoming customer enquiries from Australia and New Zealand with professionalism and care.
  • Understand customer needs and expectations to recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Propose alternative products based on cost, availability, or technical specifications where appropriate.
  • Provide first‑level technical product support and collaborate with subject matter experts when escalation is required.

  • Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management systems and provide regular updates to key customers.
  • Work in line with quality, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in an inside sales, customer service, or coordination role within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Confidence using customer relationship management systems and standard office tools.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
