About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes and outcomes.
Define solution approaches, integration requirements, and implementation recommendations for AI initiatives.
Develop and implement AI-powered applications, including chatbots, copilots, and automation tools.
Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Claude AI) into dashboards, SharePoint tools, and business workflows.
Build and optimize prompts, workflows, and logic for AI-driven applications.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement AI architecture and reusable components.
Develop APIs and interfaces to connect AI models with enterprise systems and data sources.
Support deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI solutions in production environments.
Support AI adoption through demonstrations, training sessions, knowledge sharing, and user enablement activities.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation practices, and governance requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in software development.
1 year experience in AI application development (Copilot AI Agent, Claude AI) and experience using AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Claude AI, Cognitive Services).
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
Experience integrating APIs and developing web or enterprise applications.
Experience working with data sources, REST APIs, and application integration.
Experience leading or supporting AI proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define solution requirements and success metrics.
