About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through remote collaboration and occasional site visits
- Take full ownership of assigned proposal scopes for timely, high-quality delivery
- Act as a Solution Architect for smaller proposals, developing concept designs that meet customer requirements
- Contribute to larger or more complex proposals under the leadership of a Proposal Manager or Lead
- Apply efficient methodologies and tools to optimize proposal development while maintaining quality and deadlines
- Proactively communicate progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders
- Continuously build and share knowledge within the team and support the development of colleagues
- Follow company policies related to ethics, integrity, and information security
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Polish and English (written and verbal)
- Foundational experience in proposal development, sales support, or process automation
- Understanding of process automation systems, such as distributed control systems or programmable logic controllers, as well as basic IT and network infrastructure concepts
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a structured process environment
