About the role
- Taking ownership of medium-complexity customer inquiries by redefining RFQs into orders, delivering tailored solutions that demonstrate the product portfolio.
- Delivering top-tier customer service by promptly addressing questions, while seamlessly coordinating with internal experts to resolve requests.
- Being a trusted advisor by identifying customer needs, interpreting technical requirements, and collaborating with sales teams, factories, and cross-functional departments to develop the most effective solution.
- Configuring and sizing products to meet specific application requirements, ensuring alignment with documentation, testing needs, lead times, and budget expectations.
- Preparing and managing detailed, accurate quotations using the tools, providing expert technical recommendations and submitting driven proposals within tight deadlines.
- Ensuring alignment between purchase orders and the proposed solutions, proactively managing and resolving any technical discrepancies to maintain a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical or similar)
- Understanding of engineering principles and ability to interpret technical specifications
- Ability to balance technical accuracy with commercial viability
- Fluent in Italian
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
