Key responsibilities & impact

Generate invoices within established service level agreements upon request
Review invoicing requests against Purchase Order and supporting files
Assure delivery of invoices to customer setup
Understand and apply fiscal policies and practices related to billing
Review and clarify disputes related to invoicing discrepancies
Cooperate with areas to ensure billing accuracy
Collect and save needed information for compliance
Identify and communicate potential compliance risks
Complete required certifications and trainings
Participate in internal and external auditing processes
Maintain updated customer information in databases
Backup team members as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Student or 1- 2-year graduate from university of Accounting, Business Management or Finance
Highschool Diploma is required
English Level A1/A2 (Basic)
