About the role

  • Enter orders into Oracle, following audit guidelines/PO Clean Up Matrix.
  • Order Admin of various order types (Interco, Warranty Replacement, Credit Order).
  • Verify CRD if vital and coordinate expedite orders with planning team and customers.
  • Supervise active tasks on assigned orders and communicate identified issues with customers.
  • Input AWR, credit return and interco order data into Oracle according to management's specified timelines.
  • Provide tracking for shipments and process sales credit memos.
  • Assist with re-route requests and evaluate customer needs over the phone.

Requirements

  • Academic background in Business Administration or a similar field.
  • English proficiency (written and oral) at a minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate) level.
  • Proficient in communicating with clients and addressing phone-based inquiries.
  • 0–1 year of familiarity with customer service or a pertinent technical support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
