About the role
- Enter orders into Oracle, following audit guidelines/PO Clean Up Matrix.
- Order Admin of various order types (Interco, Warranty Replacement, Credit Order).
- Verify CRD if vital and coordinate expedite orders with planning team and customers.
- Supervise active tasks on assigned orders and communicate identified issues with customers.
- Input AWR, credit return and interco order data into Oracle according to management's specified timelines.
- Provide tracking for shipments and process sales credit memos.
- Assist with re-route requests and evaluate customer needs over the phone.
Requirements
- Academic background in Business Administration or a similar field.
- English proficiency (written and oral) at a minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate) level.
- Proficient in communicating with clients and addressing phone-based inquiries.
- 0–1 year of familiarity with customer service or a pertinent technical support role.
- Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
