About the role
- Perform on-site repair and maintenance of Branson equipment independently.
- Provide hands-on training to customers on equipment operation and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct installation and operational testing, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Understand and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits of Branson products.
- Deliver technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases, including commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Build strong relationships with customers to support long-term business success.
- Monitor service quality and maintain a No Charge Rate below 10%.
- Recommend equipment upgrades and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the welding or automation industry.
- Strong understanding of PLC (Mitsubishi) and HMI (Mitsubishi / Proface).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to support customer needs and projects.
- Experience with CAD tools and software programming is a plus.
