Business Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Business Unit performance by setting and achieving sales targets for Modernization (KOB1) and Lifecycle/ MRO Services (KOB3).
- Promote the PWS Ovation brand and lead sales efforts with local partners, including project pursuit and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop emerging power markets in Indonesia.
- Provide leadership on after-sales and service proposal strategies to meet customer needs.
- Identify new market opportunities, grow existing accounts, and support EPC project pursuits with regional teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering or IT-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process automation.
- Strong sales skills with solid market and customer knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and planning abilities.
- Power Plant sales experience is preferred.
