About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Business Unit performance by setting and achieving sales targets for Modernization (KOB1) and Lifecycle/ MRO Services (KOB3).
  • Promote the PWS Ovation brand and lead sales efforts with local partners, including project pursuit and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop emerging power markets in Indonesia.
  • Provide leadership on after-sales and service proposal strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Identify new market opportunities, grow existing accounts, and support EPC project pursuits with regional teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Engineering or IT-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process automation.
  • Strong sales skills with solid market and customer knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and planning abilities.
  • Power Plant sales experience is preferred.
