Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of progressive experience in consulting or professional services
Deep, applied expertise in leadership and organizational consulting
Background in Organizational Psychology: Advanced degrees in organizational psychology, industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology, or related behavioral sciences preferred
Deep knowledge of the full business development cycle
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate top-down with executives
Design and facilitate executive workshops and sessions
