Requirements
What you’ll need- Team member and self-directed contributor
- Knowledge of Complete Portfolio of Reliability Solutions
- Managing entire Reliability Solution Service team with technical assistance
- Identify risks and challenges at team level
- Provide constructive feedback to the team
- Motivating and mentoring the team
- Supporting PDM service team for billing without failure
- Establish good relationships with clients and sales team
- Notify leadership about potential growth opportunities
- Maintain monthly Service Billing target
