About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow strategic semiconductor accounts across Bengaluru and India
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities across validation, characterization, and automated test workflows
  • Engage with engineering teams, technical leaders, procurement, and executive stakeholders to influence technology adoption
  • Understand customer challenges in Post-Silicon Validation and position solutions that improve test coverage, throughput, scalability, and engineering productivity
  • Build account growth strategies, executive engagement plans, and opportunity pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with application engineering, solution architects, marketing, and global business teams
  • Lead customer presentations, technical discussions, workshops, and commercial negotiations
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with semiconductor R&D and validation organizations
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging semiconductor technologies to shape growth strategies
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, opportunity management, and business reviews with leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, ECE, or related disciplines preferred)
  • 6–10 years of experience in semiconductor sales, account management, business development, or technical consulting
  • Strong technical understanding of semiconductor workflows, specifically Post-Silicon Validation
  • Experience engaging with semiconductor design, validation, or test engineering teams
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and managing strategic customer relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills
  • Ability to navigate complex technical and commercial discussions
  • Willingness to travel based on business needs
  • Strong ownership mindset and growth orientation
  • Technical credibility with the ability to influence engineering teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges
