About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process customer orders in ERP systems with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Review and validate order details, ensuring all commercial and customer requirements are correctly captured
- Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Finance, Trade Compliance) and communicate with customers to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain and update customer data and ensure consistency of information across ERP, CRM, and other systems
- Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate shipments to meet customer expectations
- Identify and implement solutions when standard order fulfillment cannot meet customer requirements
- Manage order acknowledgments, documentation, and archiving in compliance with company policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate, up-to-date order records, including handling changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in order processing, customer support, or commercial operations within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) and good digital skills (MS Office, data entry tools)
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional or virtual teams
