About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own, initiate, and/or complete assigned web projects for site section(s), including the requesting and gathering of content and assets from other groups as needed
  • Develop and apply expertise in multiple web systems to define scope, advise on technical and operational feasibility, and ensure requests can be effectively implemented
  • Enforce site hygiene best practices including those related to linking, metadata, and translations
  • Troubleshoot, isolate, and provide clear information to help diagnose system-level issues
  • Project manage related initiatives to make sure all are delivered together in a cohesive manner
  • Monitor and process web correction and other edit or revision requests, including major site section revisions
  • Assist in developing processes and initiatives that improve web efficiency and performance, and author documentation to assist training other employees
  • Collaborate, plan and test digital experiences with team members to enhance product pages and support marketing initiatives
  • Initiate, monitor, and publish content translation workflows for pages and/or site sections
  • Contribute to the design and execution of projects and initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with company brand guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Web, communication, or marketing
  • A strong desire to incrementally build a solid, foundational understanding of the systems and processes necessary to operate a complex, multi-language website
  • An analytical mindset that embraces opportunities to learn new tools, applications, methods, skills, and techniques
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide clear information to help diagnose system-level issues​
  • Strong interest in and comfortable with highly technical subject matter
  • Organized, thorough, and methodical. Able to prioritize and manage a multitude of shifting projects, priorities and deadlines
  • 2+ years of web-related, CMS experience preferred
  • Familiarization with Adobe Experience Manager or other content management system preferred
  • Basic knowledge in HTML preferred
