About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the system design, implementation, and acceptance testing phases of assigned projects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication
Collaborate with Project Managers to define realistic schedules, resource needs, and risk mitigation strategies
Take ownership of engineering deliverables and proactively apply methodologies to optimize execution efficiency
Support procurement processes, including preparing specifications and coordinating with suppliers and partners
Monitor scope and manage changes in collaboration with stakeholders to maintain alignment with project objectives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project activities
Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, supporting knowledge sharing and individual development
Contribute to proposals and business development initiatives by developing innovative and cost-effective technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in engineering project delivery, including system design, implementation, and testing phases
Ability to lead technical activities and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams
Experience working directly with customers and managing expectations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Understanding of automation, electrical, or instrumentation systems
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Willingness and ability to travel as needed for project requirements
A degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
