Executive Administrative Assistant, HR Coordinator
EmersonHR Generalist / Executive Administrative Assistant handling HR activities and executive-level administrative support. Providing essential operational assistance while enhancing employee experiences in a dynamic environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to leadership and executive team members.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments
- Arrange travel accommodation and assist with expense reporting
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and business correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, leadership events, and site communications
- Support internal communications and company culture programs
- Maintain strong organization and time management
- Assist with onboarding activities including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and employee setup processes
- Support HR compliance requirements including I-9 administration, record keeping and policy adherence
- Maintain electronic employee files and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events
- Prepare basic HR documents including employment verifications, letters, and routine communications
- Maintain confidentiality of employees and company information
- Assist with data entry and reporting within HR systems
- Collect, audit and ensure accurate payroll and time keeping reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting senior leadership executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
