Sales Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned local regions
- Visit customers for sales calls to capture sales orders
- Collect market intelligence and conduct market surveys as required
- Provide technical support to customers
- Establish and maintain good relations with customers
- Complete required reports
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned local regions to drive sustainable growth
- Engage with customers through on-site and virtual sales interactions to understand needs and secure orders
- Gather market intelligence and conduct market surveys to inform strategy and opportunity planning
- Provide technical and solution-oriented support to customers in collaboration with internal partners
- Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships
- Contribute to additional projects or assignments that support business priorities and team success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor or higher degree.
- 5+ years’ experience.
- Good at English, both write and spoken, fast leaning and have common sense.
- Cross function communication ability.
- Strong idea generation and problem-solving ability.
- Result orientation mindset, priority and resource management ability.
