About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer, generate technical queries and obtain necessary clarifications from the customer
- Perform the detailed design and configuration of the OTS projects
- Provide Consultancy services for OTS and Alarm Managements
- Perform Operations Reviews for pursuits and validate technical solution and effort estimation
- Manage technical interfaces with the customer and other external stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage technical interfaces with subcontractors
- Prepare, review, and ensure the quality of project related design documents and software deliverables
- Serve as the technical liaison between internal sub teams, disciplines, and integrated systems
- Plan, coordinate, and execute acceptance testing activities
- Prepare for, participate in, and lead technical discussions during project meetings
- Develop and define project standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Lead the creation of technical deliverables and associated test procedures
- Support identification of project risks and contribute to defining appropriate mitigation plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- BE / B. Tech Degree in Chemical or Petrochemical Engineering from a reputed institute.
- Experience of 8-12 years in Dynamic Process Simulation.
- Strong experience with simulation tools such as DeltaV Mimic, Aspen HYSYS Dynamics and Aspen Dynamics.
- Experience in OTS configuration, delivery, operations, and commissioning.
- Experience leading simulation projects in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Metals & Minerals, LNG.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
