Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of scalable applications in Node.js, Express/NestJS, React, and Cosmos DB.
Drive spec-driven Agile delivery with AI-assisted workflows.
Deploy AI chatbots via Copilot Studio and custom LLM frameworks.
Architect auth flows (Auth0, Okta) for secure access to AI-driven features.
Implement self-healing E2E test suites in Playwright with AI-powered auto-updating of test scripts.
Build observability workflows for automated alerting and anomaly detection.
Champion code quality, security and governace, and CI/CD excellence across all repos.
Monitor and optimize cloud spend and implement tagging, rate-limiting, and auto-scaling.
Coach junior and mid-level developers and manage a team of full-stack engineers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

MS or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Core Stack Expertise: 10+ years of professional hands-on experience with 4+ years in technical leadership.
Expert level proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript), NestJS, and React. Experience in Azure Cosmos DB schema design.
Deep hands-on experience with Docker and managing production workloads in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Expertise in designing RESTful APIs, with Proficiency in Azure API Management (APIM) for lifecycle management, security, and exposing AI services to external consumers.
Experience building multi-Agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and vector-based retrieval.
