Account Operations Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leverage operational expertise to customize and own the account treatment strategy by developing and executing the account support plan
- Be a trusted collaborative partner for sellers by providing operational expertise throughout the customer journey
- Manage operational aspect of opportunities through the opportunity lifecycle
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide differentiated support by understanding customer needs and the business model
- Apply commercial acumen to capture buying cycle insights
- Responsible for managing customer assets and entitlements
- Identify opportunities to drive velocity and remove roadblocks
- Proactive opportunity and project management with cross-functional teams
- Provide inputs into the Quarterly business reviews and score card reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in a supporting role within a Sales/Operational function
- Fluent English and other European language competency
- Ability to build strong partnerships both internally and externally
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver crisp, concise verbal and written updates
