About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to our healthcare project as a Product Designer.
Design products based on business goals and real user needs.
Create UI designs with accompanying style guides.
Prototype and/or create animations.
Manage expectations, deadlines, and budgets in a client-facing environment.
Own all UX quality and usability decisions, utilizing AI for prototyping and research synthesis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centered design approach.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
A strong portfolio and case studies demonstrating your ability to design products based on business goals and real user needs.
A deep understanding of design processes and the ability to create UI designs with accompanying style guides.
Exceptional attention to detail and experience in prototyping and/or creating animations.
Experience working in a client-facing environment, with the ability to manage expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
Ability to leverage AI for prototyping and research synthesis while owning all UX quality and usability decisions.
Exceptional written and spoken English (C1).
A team player with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for constant self-improvement.
Nice to have Experience in designing and conducting workshops for clients and co-workers.
Familiarity with No-Code apps (e.g., Webflow, Framer).
Knowledge of UX metrics and analytics tools like Hotjar or Usertesting.
Technical curiosity: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS or experience with 3D design.
