About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement PSS - DeltaV DCS services, including AMC, PWAMC, CAMC, ST100, ST200, ST300, Chargeable Services, Ad hoc services under Lifecycle Services
Provide system support for DeltaV Systems, DeltaV Batch, DeltaV SIS, DeltaV Charms, DeltaV SIS Charms, VIM, Third-party communications, System Maintenance, and in-house service support
Support to lifecycle services sales for AMC Renewals, Spares, Add-On, Expansion, Upgrade, Software opportunities
Delivering services in alignment with SMO Standard
Will be responsible for managing DeltaV installed base across Central Region
Will be allocated Active AMC / Service Contracts for Maintenance Contract Execution which will consume 180–190 site visit days annually including travel
Expected to generate additional revenue by adding new service contracts in the region
Balancing out current Operational Efficiency of the region
Service collection target to be achieved

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical: Team member and self-directed contributor
Knowledge of Distributed Control System (DCS) - Basic Requirement
Knowledge of Pharma / Chemical Industry / Refinery is an added advantage
Knowledge of Batch, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, Networking, Safety Systems, handling of Charms I/O, Proficient in Cybersecurity and knowledge on AMS will be preferred
Interaction: Receives guidance from a mentor and collaborates with team members to complete assignments as needed
Customer Focus: Engages in increased customer interaction
Industry Awareness: Takes initiative to understand the industry landscape
Providing Solutions: Receives directions from a Senior Service Engineer for small-scale service projects
Improving the Process: Actively learns and applies process improvement methodologies
Desired Educational Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Instrumentation / ECE/ Electrical). Candidates with degrees in other engineering disciplines and experience in a similar field can be considered
