Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development of electronics and software projects
  • Collaborate with various departments and external partners to successfully deliver projects
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that ensure successful and measurable execution
  • Assess technical feasibility, financial viability, and risks
  • Define customer requirements, create work breakdown structures, and manage budgets
  • Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies while maintaining clear communication on schedules and milestones
  • Supervise and report on project costs, quality, and status
  • Collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all project-related matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading electronics and software engineering projects
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or CAPM certification (preferred)
  • Experience in the test and measurement industry (preferred)
  • Familiarity with National Instruments hardware and software (preferred)
  • Experience with Power BI or Planview Portfolios (preferred)
