About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and continuously improve the local sales strategy and tactics throughout the agreed region, developing the business leveraging Emerson’s product portfolio.
  • Identify and prospect, develop, drive, and close sales opportunities.
  • Own the allocated order budget throughout each fiscal year.
  • Account management for assigned customers.
  • Actively collaborate within the local and European sales team to support market growth across the Nordic region.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five to ten years of commercial or sales experience within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong background in utility‑scale wind, with working knowledge of solar PV and BESS market trends and ancillary services.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close complex sales, covering both new‑build projects and retrofit/modernization solutions.
  • Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle, including senior‑level customer engagement and contract negotiations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience using CRM systems and sales enablement tools to drive profitable growth.
  • Fluent in English & Danish; proficiency in more than one Nordic language is an advantage.
