About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Issue Intercompany Purchase Orders and send them to suppliers, monitoring the entire cycle until receipt;
Monitor purchases made via Internal Requisition until material receipt;
Verify Order Acknowledgements, including disputing prices, quantities and delivery lead times when necessary;
Update dates in Oracle and escalate to factories whenever required;
Perform continuous follow-up with suppliers to ensure deliveries on agreed dates;
Verify invoices and authorize shipment releases in partnership with the Logistics team;
Maintain daily updates of Purchase Order delivery dates in Oracle;
Analyze MRP and release purchase orders and internal requisitions;
Review MRP exception messages (cancellations, reschedules), perform internal escalations, and keep Customer Care Analysts informed of delivery changes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Materials Analyst;
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
Intermediate English for speaking and writing;
Advanced Excel skills;
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
Availability to work in Sorocaba, SP, Brazil;
