About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with product marketing and other stakeholders to define project priorities, requirements, timelines, and delivery expectations**
Establish and manage project scope, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment and accountability across internal and external teams**
Lead creative projects from initial concepts and pitches through final delivery, managing change requests and communicating project updates**
Coordinate closely with creative directors, art directors, designers, video producers, and production artists to ensure timely reviews and deliverables**
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal clients, media teams, and creative partners**
Serve as a liaison between design and media teams to encourage collaboration and shared understanding**
Plan and allocate creative resources across current and upcoming projects**
Archive creative assets in the company’s digital asset management system**
Manage, update, and archive content within the print‑on‑demand system, including coordination with vendors on invoicing and operational updates**
Oversee print production processes, from obtaining estimates through proofing and final approval

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing digital, interactive, print, and UX‑related projects**
Working knowledge of project management tools, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office applications**
Familiarity with Adobe creative tools and workflows**
Ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines**
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English**
Proven ability to simplify complex information into clear, executable actions**
A proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented approach to work
