Technical Support Representative I
EmersonTechnical Support Representative providing pre- and post-sales support to end users and channel partners in the Philippines. Accurately processing purchase orders and handling inquiries through phone and email.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customers with information regarding products.
- Educate, promote, or sell products to customers to help meet their needs; suggest support literature, videos, and other marketing tools according to the company’s established programs and marketing initiatives.
- Process orders received by telephone, fax, and email.
- Assist customers in tracking shipments and determining their status.
- Process and authorize returns.
- Partner with customers to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Effectively identify and evaluate alternative solutions to customer concerns before making decisions in a timely manner.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- College undergraduates with relevant work experience and fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
