About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate product line strategic imperatives and financial targets into a growth bridge that addresses market growth, pricing, and differential gains with Value creation actions.
  • Define sales campaigns needed to deliver the growth and financial targets. Map product-specific value creation actions into each industry growth plan, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall strategic targets.
  • Leverage existing campaigns or design bespoke campaigns based on global content modules or when required locally developed content modules.
  • Instruct Sales ops to assign outbound channel and schedule campaign. Conduct training sessions required for the sales channel to effectively deliver the value propositions to targeted segment and customer personas.
  • Coordinate the activities of the region’s Business Development Managers to ensure proper sales campaign execution.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the campaigns, adjusting value propositions if campaigns results fall short of expectations. Support technical conversations as required.
  • Manage product line financial targets by monitoring volume, price, and discount trends, and implementing price programs to deliver margin and growth goals.
  • Ensure system and commercial readiness for new product introductions. Prepare and coordinate product launches and following sales campaigns. Manage product obsolescence of phased out products.
  • Engage with customers to support technical conversations, understand and tailor product offering to industry needs, target applications and customer personas.
  • Conduct ongoing market assessments, evaluating growth dynamics, product tiering, and competitor behavior to adapt positioning and investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with global product managers, identifying growth opportunities for the product line in the WA, the required product capabilities and differentiation to win.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience leading product marketing, commercial strategy, or growth initiatives in industrial, technology, or solutions‑based environments.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable regional plans and effective sales campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience working across sales, marketing, and global product teams.
  • Comfort engaging with customers and internal partners in technical and commercial discussions.
  • Clear, inclusive communication skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and geographies.
  • Experience working in a regional or global matrix organization (preferred).
  • Exposure to value‑based selling, pricing strategies, and portfolio lifecycle management (preferred).
  • Experience supporting product launches and managing product transitions in complex markets (preferred).
  • Ability to lead through influence and navigate cultural diversity across Europe (preferred).
