Participate in a three-year rotational Engineering Development Program with assignments in Manufacturing Engineering, New Product Development, Sustaining Engineering, and Continuous Improvement
Apply latest technologies, equipment, and research facilities to develop new plumbing and electrical tools and accessories
Perform product development, sustainability assessments, and research activities to meet customer needs
Collaborate with team members and management across functions; receive mentoring and formal training
Contribute to manufacturing, sustaining, and continuous improvement projects and processes
May require relocation to Elyria, OH or Rockford, IL and up to 10% travel
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Legally eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
Not eligible: temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J, or TN
Comfortable with up to 10% travel
Able to relocate for positions as required
Preferred: Engineering co-op or internship experience
Preferred: GPA of 3.25 or above
Preferred: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred: Demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills
