About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own research and market mapping strategy across multiple retained searches.
Conduct first-round executive interviews and lead the majority of first-stage assessments.
Exercise strong judgment in candidate calibration and advancement decisions.
Play an active role in client update calls, presenting market insights and candidate recommendations.
Mentor Associates and Associate Directors.
Maintain high standards of quality, rigor, and execution.
Manage six concurrent searches and deliver approximately 14+ searches annually.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in executive search, particularly in HR leadership roles.
Proven ability to manage complex searches and a strong understanding of the HR function.
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills in candidate evaluations.
Strong research and market mapping skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to mentor junior team members.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a remote environment.
Ability to maintain high standards of quality and execution.
