About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead sales activities to maximize results in PFC/Industrial segment in the CEE region support the Sales team, monitor market trends and competitor products and solutions, develop and maintain good relations with key customers and other Emerson BU’s.
- Set up and implement business strategy in PFC/Industrial segment with Fluid power application for the CEE region.
- Responsible for key business goals in PFC/Industrial segment – sales growth, opportunity funnel, key priorities.
- Technical and commercial support of the Sales team – regular trainings and presentations for key customers and sales team.
- Cooperation with Factory and Business Development team to develop new sales opportunities.
- Lead all significant projects (opportunities).
- Close cooperation with other Emerson BU’s to develop common strategy to penetrate significant projects and vendors.
- Care of assigned accounts.
- Conduct and coordinates sales activities, products and technical solutions offered by the company.
- Creates business forecasts, establishes sales plans and unit targets for sales team.
- Develop and keep relationships with key customers.
- Grow market share in hybrid segments of PFC industry – Pharma, LifeScience, Cosmeticsetc, Hydrogen etc.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Stimulate growth of new products and solutions.
- Close cooperation with CEE leaders – exchange information about global projects, share experience with team members about local customers and applications.
- Report on sales results and project tracking to Sales management.
- Work daily with salesforce.com tool following opportunity and activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical studies, Engineer degree at least.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling industrial products.
- Experience with Fluid power (valves) applications
- Good knowledge of Industry market in CEE.
- Ability to motivate team members without formal authority to achieve common goals.
- Highly action oriented.
- Positive attitude, high energy and enthusiasm.
- Extensive knowledge of sales planning, understanding sales strategy,
- Managing working under pressure of time and results/performance.
- Ability to create presentations and reports using Excel, Power Point etc.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing.
